2. No Guaranteed Outcomes. Results differ from person to person. KAGE LAB MEDIA LLC makes no guarantees of specific health, performance, income, or business outcomes. Testimonials and case records describe individual experiences and are not promises of your results.
3. Intellectual Property. All methodologies, texts, video modules, and materials are the exclusive intellectual property of KAGE LAB MEDIA LLC. Unauthorized duplication, distribution, or resale is prohibited.
4. Refunds. All purchases are covered by our 14-Day Rollback policy. See the Refund Policy page for the exact conditions per product.
5. Service Delivery. Upon successful payment, digital modules and access credentials are provisioned immediately.
6. Governing Law. These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

THE 14-DAY ROLLBACK
I don't want money from a machine I couldn't help. Every product here carries the same guarantee, with conditions stated plainly:
GATE 1 โ The First Override ($97). Run the protocol for 14 days from purchase. Actually use the breath. If you observe no shift you can feel in your own system, email me within those 14 days and I roll the transaction back. Full refund.
H2O INTENSIVE. Complete the Week 0 debrief and your first two weekly briefs, and run the protocol as installed. If you then feel this isn't your path, tell me by the end of Week 2 and I refund you in full.
How to request: email info [at] kage-lab [dot] com or use the contact form. Refunds are handled by a person โ me โ and processed promptly through Stripe to your original payment method.
One request: before opening a dispute with your card company, write to me first. You will get a faster answer from the mechanic than from the bank.
Why I can offer this: the thing either works in your body or it doesn't, and you'll know which within two weeks. I'm not asking you to trust me. I'm asking you to test it.
