THE GARAGE, JAPAN — TEST SUBJECT NO.1 -->

Kage

My name is Kage. I am 58. I live in Japan.

For twenty years, I did fifty thousand case consultations — sitting across from people whose lives had stalled, watching exactly where smart, capable humans break. I come from the country that had to invent the word Karoshi — death from overwork. The hardest stress laboratory in the world. My data comes from there.

Then my own system crashed. Eight years ago: $100,000 of debt, a six-tatami garage, an engine redlining with nowhere to go. Nobody rescued me. I became Test Subject No.1, and I rebuilt the machine from the inside — and documented every step.

What KAGE LAB is: an engineering workshop for the layer that actually runs you. Your intellect (L-3) is brilliant — and it arrives 0.5 seconds late to every decision. The layer that decides (L-2) has no language and doesn't read books. So we don't work through argument. We work through the body, with physical protocols you can test the same day.

What KAGE LAB is not: motivation, mindset content, or therapy. We don't motivate. We hand you the override — the controls stay in your hands.

One honest line: this is education and engineering, not medical or psychiatric care. If your machine has real damage — clinical depression, an anxiety disorder, anything that needs a professional — go to that professional first. This workshop can wait. Your health can't.

My English is version 1.0. The method is version 2.0. You'll get imperfect grammar and working tools. I believe that's the right trade.
