1.Ā What we collect. Name, email address, access logs, and ā€” if you take the free diagnostic ā€” your diagnostic responses.
2. How we use it. To provide access and support; to deliver your diagnostic result and personal debrief; and to send a short educational email about once a week. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes one click and works immediately.
We also keep anonymized pattern records from client briefs ā€” with names, companies, and identifying details removed ā€” to improve the method and develop future tools. These records cannot be traced back to you and are never sold or published.
3. Payments. All transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc. KAGE LAB MEDIA LLC does not store or have direct access to your full card information.
4. We do not sell your data. Ever. No third-party marketers, no data brokers.
5. Deletion. Want your data removed? Email info [at] kage-lab [dot] com and it will be done.
